Brian D. Stark is the founder and CEO of Nuvida Funding, Real Estate Financiers.

Nuvida Funding arranges funding, as a direct lender and as a broker, for all types of investment real estate, nationwide. Prior to beginning Nuvida Funding, Mr. Stark was a founder and Sr. Underwriter of a National private direct lending company; he also ran 2 other direct lending companies with family members for over 15 years, and has actively invested in real estate properties; buying, selling, rehabbing, renting and managing.

He and his team have completed hundreds of real estate transactions – buying, rehabbing, selling, renting, and managing houses, multi unit buildings and commercial property, and directly funding over 2,200 private real estate loans.

Mr. Stark has raised well over $120M in private real estate capital. Mr. Stark is CEO of Topworth Properties, which buys, sells and wholesales real estate properties, much as many of Nuvida Funding’s borrowers do. Mr. Stark has been a Director or Principal of several real estate focused Private Equity Funds, including an opportunistic New York City commercial property fund, a fund focused on purchase and workout of defaulted residential mortgage notes, and another private lending fund.

Brian recently spent a year as VP, Originations, at a substantial Nationwide real estate lender in Midtown Manhattan. For many years, Brian hosted a weekly radio show. – Brian Stark LIVE!
